The online session is a fully remote experience that includes a detailed questionnaire, a 30-minute Zoom consultation, and a personalised Colour Prescription e-guide.

The in-person session takes place in our Cheshire studio and includes a deeper, hands-on exploration of your energy, essence, and personal palette. The in person sessions also include a 4 week personal support package from Kate to begin colouring in your life and rediscovering your glow. Both are powerful—just choose the format that suits your life best.

Within 3–5 days after your Zoom session, you’ll receive your personalised e-guide via email, beautifully designed and ready to use right away.

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

We don’t currently offer express shipping as standard, but if you need something urgently, please contact us—we’ll always do our best to help.

We want you to feel completely aligned with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your physical product, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Due to the nature of digital products and personalised services, we’re unable to offer refunds on meditation downloads, Colour Helpers, or Colour Prescription sessions unless there’s a technical issue or exceptional circumstance.
